I've played there a number of times and think it's a fine course, both prior to the reno and post. It is on flat topography. I've never heard anyone mention it as being highly rated, so I don't know how someone could call it overrated? Overrated = Devil's Paintbrush & Pulpit. Best 36 in Canada? Not even the best 36 in Caledon.
