Closing Time! One Last Call For ... Fantasy Golf 2012

30 Teams To Date
ADDENDUM: Week one is the small-field, no-cut Tournament of Champions. Even though we again have the one-week mulligan format, known as the KPL Klause, wherein you drop your worst week, the Tournament of Champions is annually one of the three highest-scoring weeks across the board.

One of the brethren asked if I'd be willing to chair the GCA Fantasy Golf League again this year. Absolutely, says I. Here's how it goes:

-No posting here...email me at montesano@buffalo.com and I'll send you the link to the league.
-Yahoo seems to have deleted last year's league, so I've started a new one. Email me and I will give you the proper info.

Another Bump-Ten guys in (assuming they actually register  8) ) and four days to go before the season debuts.

How much does it cost?  Why not take this to twitter and spare us? Take a peak at the top three threads that have been bumped to page 2 and ask yourself if this is worth it.

This thread will last another few days and will then be gone. Taking it to Twitter removes the opportunity to catch the attention of the guys in the group who played last year and want to play again, or didn't play last year and wish to play, or weren't here last year and might be interested. I guess I'd call it "extension of fellowship," but that might send Gib P. into convulsions.

I realize that it is one of 49 threads on the first page of the discussion board. Soon that 2.something percent will be gone and another 2.something percent will take its place. We'd love to have you play, but it does take up some time Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening each week. Are you free?

Two days to go before the season starts on Friday night in Hawaii...or at least, the evening in the eastern USA. Don't make this one of life's regrets (sounds like a depressing greeting card or something.)
