I have never played there, either, but I do enjoy facilities that don't even pretend to want to be anything other than your local course, one that people can play affordably, but that is never going to host any kind of tournament. Nothing wrong with knowing your place.
I also like a facility with an executive or par 3 course on site.
That said, seems like they really had to squeeze to get 36 holes on that land. Check out the 11th on the Cub course. You play the hole then walk back to the same tee box to tee of--in the other direction--on #12.
