Yes, it was great to put a few more names to faces and see some old timers. I didn't hear much talk about post golf sheenanigans so I am assuming the boys were tuckered after a few days of hill climbing.
Niall - the guy catches me off guard with a quick address and a slam
David - Cockeyed Nelson needs new glasses
Big Ben mashes the ball in a seemingly effortless fashion
Spangles - well, he is Spangles
Paul R - the quiet assassin
Ben
You eclectic is interesting and very close to mine. I can also see why you chose the holes which are different to mine.
1. Minch: short par 5 - very cool shaping around the green

2. Cleeve Cloud: short par 4 - weird as hell green site
![](http://i237.photobucket.com/albums/ff114/seanrobertarble/Cleeve%20Hill%20GC/003.jpg?t=1317403548)
3. Pain: short par 4 - not a great selection of #3s
![](http://i237.photobucket.com/albums/ff114/seanrobertarble/PAINSWICK%20GC/039.jpg)
4. Pain: short par 4 - tough call against Cleeve, but the awesome greensite takes the day
![](http://i237.photobucket.com/albums/ff114/seanrobertarble/PAINSWICK%20GC/006.jpg)
5. Cleeve: medium par 4 - tough call against Minch, but once again, the great greensite takes the day
![](http://i237.photobucket.com/albums/ff114/seanrobertarble/Cleeve%20Hill%20GC/010.jpg?t=1317403549)
6. Pain: long par 3 - no brainer - best hole on any of the three courses
![](http://i237.photobucket.com/albums/ff114/seanrobertarble/PAINSWICK%20GC/029.jpg)
7. Pain: short par 3 - the odd little green takes the cake
![](http://i237.photobucket.com/albums/ff114/seanrobertarble/PAINSWICK%20GC/014.jpg)
8. Minch: longish par 3 - quite an easy choice
![](http://i237.photobucket.com/albums/ff114/seanrobertarble/Minchinhampton%20Old%20GC/045.jpg)
9. Cleeve: medium par 4 - tough call against Minch here as it has a lovely and very effective greensite
![](http://i237.photobucket.com/albums/ff114/seanrobertarble/Cleeve%20Hill%20GC/025.jpg?t=1317403550)
10. Pain: short par 3 - awesome blind hole which can flatter or deceive - just beats out Minch
![](http://i237.photobucket.com/albums/ff114/seanrobertarble/PAINSWICK%20GC/026.jpg)
11. Pain: very short par 4 - just a cool hole which begs golfers to bash away - just beats out Minch
![](http://i237.photobucket.com/albums/ff114/seanrobertarble/PAINSWICK%20GC/030.jpg)
12. Cleeve: long par 4 - great greensite
![](http://i237.photobucket.com/albums/ff114/seanrobertarble/Cleeve%20Hill%20GC/031.jpg?t=1317403550)
13. Cleeve: long par 4 - great greensite - needs two pix
![](http://i237.photobucket.com/albums/ff114/seanrobertarble/Cleeve%20Hill%20GC/011-1.jpg)
![](http://i237.photobucket.com/albums/ff114/seanrobertarble/Cleeve%20Hill%20GC/014.jpg)
14. Cleeve: long par 4 - easily the best of the three
![](http://i237.photobucket.com/albums/ff114/seanrobertarble/Cleeve%20Hill%20GC/037.jpg?t=1317403550)
15. Pain: short par 3 - not a great choice so Pain skims it
![](http://i237.photobucket.com/albums/ff114/seanrobertarble/PAINSWICK%20GC/046.jpg)
16. Minch: medium par 3 - all are good holes
![](http://i237.photobucket.com/albums/ff114/seanrobertarble/Minchinhampton%20Old%20GC/063.jpg)
17. Cleeve: medium par 4 - just an awesome quarry hole - its a shame the quirkies didn't get a chance to play the hole with the prevaling wind
![](http://i237.photobucket.com/albums/ff114/seanrobertarble/Cleeve%20Hill%20GC/043.jpg?t=1317403551)
18. Cleeve: medium par 4 - not a great choice of home holes
![](http://i237.photobucket.com/albums/ff114/seanrobertarble/Cleeve%20Hill%20GC/049.jpg?t=1317403551)
I reckon thats about 5000 yards with a par of 67. Archies take note, it would be a tough course to play to your handicap!
