Count me in, Adrian.

I'm very impressed that so many people already know their schedule for 2012.

Apart from my wife's and kids' birthdays the only things I have in my diary are this and Buda X!

Duncan, are the Buda X dates set yet?

Is it possible to skip the lodgings and pay a green fee?  If so, which days can this be done?

I don't know if any of you are planning to be sly and head for Kington, but if so the rate for a 4ball is most reasonable until the end of March; £55 including a small meal.

If there is any available spots I would be intrested in playing...

I would be travelling from South-west Scotland by car.

Tony - Its quite hard to do 36 starting at 10.30, CC is probably 45 minutes from the lodgings.

Sorry for not responding sooner. Still up for this, but might have to pass on Fridays golf then join you that evening?

Adrian,

I'm out, sadly.  It's the Easter holidays and we're up in Scotland with the in-laws.
In June I will be riding the first three stages of this year's Tour de France route for charity.  630km (394 miles) in three days, with 7800m (25,600 feet) of climbing for the William Wates Memorial Trust (https://rideleloop.org/the-charity/) which supports underprivileged young people.

I'm trying to organise travel arrangements with David Nelson so that we can drive down together. That would probably mean an overnight stay the night before. Can you email me or message me to find out if possible.

Thanks

Tony,

I am sure we will meet Adrian as I work with him these days! We can pop down the Players Club which is 20-25 mins away from Canons Court Mews.

Also Wotton under Edge is only half a mile away there are a few pubs and curry houses etc. Theres also Chipping Sodbury which is 5/6 miles south. I am sure Adrian will recommend a few.

Cheers
Ben

Yes I plan to be at Painswick on the friday but after seeing you all off am going in search of the lost 4th green. I have a permanent neck injury so need a buggy to play 18 holes and temperatures in the high 60s so golf in the UK is not easy to plan! I also plan to come to Canons Court on the friday, probably wil miss Cleeve and then have a walk round Minchinhampton on the Sunday.

My email is adrian@theplayersgolfclub.com if you need bank details etc.

Think we are 8 to 10.

I'm going under the knife tomorrow for my knee op, so will be better placed to let you know where I stand later this week I hope.  Even if I can't play I'd quite like to come down for the social, so perhaps you could PM me with the per night cost for the accommodation?

Thanks

Adrian,

Many apologies, but I'm going to have to duck out.

After a slow start to the year, my work schedule has piled up (thank you Google adwords!) and I'm already falling behind. While you're enjoying the spring Cotswold air I'll be at my workbench turning MDF into gold!

If there's any financial consequence of my cancelling please let me know and naturally I'll cover it.

The physio has told me that golf is "out of the question" for 4 weeks, so what I plan to do is come down for a nice walk and a bit of a social on Saturday and Sunday, so will head directly to Cleeve Hill to meet up with the folks there and will therefore just need one night accommodation at Canons Court.  Please let me know what this will cost?

Thanks

Robin
