There were only 3,000 copies of the MacKenzie biography printed.  I doubt you're going to find a bunch of them in a discount warehouse, but I'm sure there are a few lying around with people who don't know what they have.

I had Amazon send a copy to The Alwoodley captain/historian to thank him for hosting my wife and me on the way to the 2005 Open.   

I thought I could just get on Amazon again and buy another copy.    Wishful thinking!
