Last Summer I traveled out for a visit to my father, who lives in Eastern Colorado, and played the Bayside, Wild Horse, and Common Ground combo on the outward and inward bound swings.

I was not disappointed in any of them, despite driving times that rivaled playing times.

I'm flying out Monday night and was thinking of playing at either Fossil Trace or Common Ground on that day.

My plan is to leave Dismal at about lunch time on Sunday, play a round at Wild Horse and then drive part of the way to Denver that night...

If my schedule works out Kalen I will play Wild Horse with you.

Coming from Denver, Wild Horse is 45 minutes past North Platte on I-80. North Platte is 2 hours from Dismal.

When going from Dismal to Wild Horse, you have to go east a little bit along Highway 80 once you hit North Platte. Google Maps puts it at 37 miles, so when you eventually go back to Denver, you'll have to back track that many miles...

Mike Hamilton and I are flying into Denver Wed evening and renting a minivan for the trek to Dismal. We're planning on spending Thursday at Ballyneal prior to arriving later in the day in Mullen. Hopefully a smooth 36 in Holyoke to get properly warmed up for the weekend. We're likely heading back towards Denver later in the day on Sunday and flying back sometime on Monday.

There's room for 1 or 2 more in case anyone hasn't already finalized their travel plans and would like to join forces and share the transportation.

I am beyond giddy. 72 holes at BallyNeal, 54 at Sand Hills, 18 at Prairie Club (dunes) and the 5th major. It may just be the best week of my life to date!!!!
