Gentlemen,

If this is Scotland, though the bright sunshine belies the fact, then this architectural style is after that renowned Scottish practitioner of the art Tam o' Shanter.  A highly distinctive bunkering style was his signature in the genre of  The Dragon Bunker at Highlands Links (Ian Andrews is an acolyte of Tam's). We all must take our hat off to such creativity and ability!
