Name that hole...(or even the course for that matter!!) :)

Name that mystery hole/course

Its no more than 5 yards across... at its widest...and probably 30 yards long.  It make #4 at Spyglass seem absolutely spacious by comparison!!   ;D

Lol....# 10 at Riv is huge compared to this one too!!

You got the hole # right though as a consolation prize!!   ;D

I must admit, I'd be very surprised if anyone even in this group can get it.....

Is this the 19th hole at THE U Golf Club, a new amenity bought and paid for by Nevin Shapiro?

No,

Its the 10th hole, as Sean guessed, on a certified & rated golf course by its state association.  It is a bit off the grid...but the course overall is fun as hell!!

Details as a hint? Yardage? And where do you come at for this green? From the camera angle? To the right? Somewhere else?

Boy, that is the skinniest green I've ever seen.  I think it unseats that one at the par three on the campus of Sewanee in Tennessee.

Its a very short par 4 of about 250 yards up the hill.

Its a dog leg left that bends around the corner of a hill and when you get up there, that is the view you have.

Pretty sure no one will get it, so I may as well spill the beans

Its Antler Springs golf course, just north of Spokane by about 30 minutes.  Its designed, owned, and operated by a family who lives on the property and is a fun little short course of about 5300 yards.  Played it for the 1st time today and had an absolute blast.  I can hardly think of a better match play course as it has so many short par 4s, and even shorter par 5s?  Ironically enough, 3 of the 4 par 3s are absolute ball busters!!   ;D

Full course review to start tommorow, but it certainly would seem to be the "Painswick" of the Pacific North West!! :)

This is the future of gca if the ruling bodies don't do something to return the equipment to implements ill-suited for the task.

Looking forward to it!

From the original photo, I just assumed this was a 60 yard hole on a pitch and putt. So glad I'm wrong.

What is that white curve to the right of the bunker? It is not a cart path is it?

Thanks for pointing out the cart path because my first guess was Pine Valley, given the trees encroaching on the bunkers and shadows cast across the green:

Bogey,

Interesting guess.  No doubt I would love to do a "play and photo shoot" at that course as well!!   ;D

Here's another picture of the hole from behind.....the entire course review thread to happen today!!!

I guess you need to miss either short or long.  Hole high is brutal if you don't throw a dart in there....

Very cool that there isn't a daunting lip surrounding the bunker.  Looks like most of it could be a putt"able" recovery if need be.
