I can't think of any features "this site" pushes a little too hard in the name of elitism, intellectualism, popularism or just plain stupidity.
Take the recent discussion of Pine Hill for example. We had a guy come on to tell us that a routing that repeatedly took one by cart to the top of the next hill for another view of the nearby city was a "great routing".
Tell me. Was that pushing too hard? Was it elitism? Intellectualism? Or just plain stupidity?
Or maybe the guy just liked skyline views. Anything wrong with that?
As for trees, don't worry. They aren't going away. You always be able to find enough golf courses with plenty of trees, at least here in the States you can.
