Good down under lineup.  How did you think Cape Wickham stacked up? I personally had it as my favorite course in OZ as it is just stunning and uses width, a few blind shots, elevation changes. Wonderful piece of land as long as the wind doesn't blow you away. The longer it is around and the more people who play it, CW I predict will be a top 25 course worldwide.

Jeff,
Cape Wickham was not my top pick of the group-tough group to rank and compare-all brought many great things to the table for a variety of valid reasons.

I really enjoyed it.  The biggest critique I heard about the course was the OB right on as many as 12 holes, but with my shot shape, I did not see the right side of many holes after the first couple, once my back loosened up.  I thought the more severe terrain was navigated pretty nicely, including a couple of strong par 3s at 12 and 16.  With the tremendous quality of golf in the area, I understand how it gets overlooked.  The fact that I played at least 5 courses I consider better on this one trip (and that excludes the biggest names in the GAP) is pretty incredible.  Prior to this trip, I had only played LuLu and Stonewall Old in the area, but I am already planning a return trip to Philadelphia in 2021. I was especially enamored with the Flynn courses (I had only played one previously), most notably Rolling Green.  This is what got me reading The Nature Faker, and I am enjoying learning more about Flynn and his career in agronomy, construction, and design.
