- Stone Eagle , really cool experience , that and Stadium are my two favorites there.

Good point Terry.  The "science" behind rating golf courses does remind me a bit of Nigel's logic.

Ian Faith: Alright, Nigel, Nigel... calm down...

Nigel Tufnel: Look... no, it's no big deal, It's a joke... it's really... it's a joke.

Ian Faith: I'm sorry, it's just some prat at university, you know? I really... I don't want it to affect your performance.

Nigel Tufnel: It's not going to affect my performance, don't worry about that. I just hate it... it really, it does disturb me, but i'll rise above it; I'm a professional.

One of my worst putting performances ever, but I can't fault the greens, they were wonderful and so was the course.  Really underrated, definitely one of Northern Michigan's top courses.  Very unassuming trailer for a clubhouse, but nice people working there.  Pretty decent practice area.  The property is just magnificent for a golf course.  Golf holes don't get much better than the par-5 9th, in my opinion.  The shot into that heavily elevated, heavily bunkered green is an awesome thing.  My golf trip buddies were hit and miss on it, but I would play it every time I'm in the area.
