Interesting enough, there actually was a dog at Shoreline. We watched him chase the birds into the water a few times.
Twas still an exercise in futility though, once the dog left, the birds came right back out. You'd have to unleash dozens of dogs on the course day and night so the geese can never hang out on terra firma!
