Montecristo Golf Club in Nicaragua under construction

A few guys had asked how this project was going.  Well it has taken over three years to reach this point but the final permits were obtained and clearing starts this week.  Irrigation is going in the container in two weeks and hopefully no more holdups.  I hope this isn't construed as promotion but if you happen that way over the winter.  Stop by. If I can figure how to post fotos will send some fotos of the land.

I can see that you are in the Nicaraguense mood, spelling photos in the Spanish way=fotos.

My substitute will be the Nicaraguan coffee I bought at Target today. Where in Nica is this course-North or South or Central; East, West...

Thanks for the pictures.  The golf course is actually located on the land that has the river in the middle.  The original routing that you have pictured is no longer the routing.  The holes will be on both sides of the river.  Some of those other places that are shown i have never seen.  I will try to post some pictures of some of the homes that are completed in a day or two.
