The Cinema Club

I've never heard of this club before and never knew of their interest in building golf courses and other recreational areas for their members. The Perch Lake property (Andes, NY) mentioned in the article (1926) became Camp Oquago by 1933, and I've not been able to find any other mention of the golf plans they were pursuing in Westchester county.

1929-1930 may have had an impact on this nice plan!

Bill,

What happened in 1929?  :)

I found another reference to The Cinema Club. Looks like they had some big plans, as this 1926 article suggests (p.s. At roughly10mil per floor the building would be 220mil today).
