For me, the red tee marker at County Sligo is the only blemish in an otherwise fabulous collection of photos.
What equipment was used and was any post production required to get these results.
Thanks for posting these.

Thanks Aidan. Always a transcendant treat to see your work.   The images made me open up my Green Linnet 20th Anniversary Collection of Celtic music.

Redbreast   from Cork is a treat as well.  Someday I hope to sample Green Spot.

The Humours of Whiskey  (excerpt)
. . .
Come guess me this riddle, what beats pipes and fiddle
What's hotter than mustard and milder than cream
What best wets your whistle, what's clearer than crystal
What's sweeter than honey and stronger than steam

. . .

So stick to the cratur' the best thing in nature
For sinking your sorrows and raising your joys
Oh lord, it's no wonder, if lightning and thunder
Weren't made from the plunder of poteen me boys.

You maidens pathetic, with lovers athletic
For liquid cosmetic, you can't beat the drop
With a glow to your cheek, it will make your heart leap
It'll quiet a stallion or cure an old cob
At the mouth you would drool, be reduced to a fool
You'd kick up your heels and you'd peel to the buff
Then 'tis he'd be pathetic while you'd be athletic
If only you'd take a few drops of the stuff

So stick to the cratur' the best thing in nature
For sinking your sorrows and raising your joys
For there's nothing like whiskey to make maidens frisky
It soon separates all the men from the boys.

Happy St. Patrick's days

Jeff,

I am sorry you were bothered by the red tee markers but I am sure some of the ladies on this site enjoyed it. Nevertheless, if you wish to purchase a print of that image I will happily remove the marker. Thank you for your kind words.

Aidan.

Nah, I should apologize. This is not a photography site and you were not soliciting comments. My error.
It would still be interesting to learn more about your methods but then again this is not a photography site.
Thanks for posting the images. They really are great.

Spectacular photos.  Confirmation that I need to get to Ireland one day...

For what it's worth Aidan, I like the Rosapenna shot with the foreground dune lined up with the hills in the background...

I will be taking the rest of the day off. Heading to my favourite Irish pub in Santa Barbara and then a few more after that. Please don't call tomorrow. Slainte.

Aidan.
