Another vote to add to Andrew's Royal Melbourne West suggestion.
The 2 back nine par fives are under 480 yards - which is a real stretch now to call them par fives.
12 plays as a 4 on the Composite Course and 15 is shorter.

Berkshire Red would be a par-68 if you went this route (instead of the par-72 6-6-6 that it is)....

I just finished a long-range improvement plan for a club here, in Ontario, where change to the sequence of holes resulted in par 36-34--70. In preparation to be challenged on this proposal, I made a list of admired courses that also feature a par 34 front or back nine. Many of the courses I listed are also mentioned above. And I've learned of a few more, too.

course at Ville d'Este used to be 35-34  Outstanding course near Como!
