Although i am not involved in the KP, i'll be flying into Portland next week and staying for a couple of days before I head to Bandon. My plan is to leave Bandon in the morning and head to Napa. Any advice on what route to take from Bandon to Napa would be of great help.  Sorry to jack the thread.

Just a note that I'm now flying into OTH on Thursday March 17th at 8:38am from Portland and will be arranging car transportation from there to Bandon.  If I get to the resort early enough, I may see if I can catch a game with a random group.  I already have a 3pm time at Bandon Dunes (I'm a single right now - let me know if you want to join in) so there's a chance I'll do 36 that day.

I've emailed Jed, Brad and Mike to let them know that I won't be catching a ride with them, as they will be arriving in the early PM from San Francisco.

Let me say this.

Thank goodness my tee time the next morning is not at the crack of dawn, and thank goodness I am of age to partake in the festivities. This will be my first public St. Patties Day and I can't think of a better place to spend it than next door to an Irish links course.

Ahhhh...to be a young again.

My flight leaves Virginia at 5:30 am EST Thurs.  Which means my alarm will be set at midnight pacific.  I'm guessing one beer will be all I need.
