Winter escape Kent? 04/05/06 Jan-2011

Courses on the continent still closed, so thinking about a minibreak tue-wed, maybe Thu this week to play in Kent on the coast. Courses seem open with regular greens on the Kent coast judging from the web-sites. Can anyone confirm conditions?

If somebody would like to join tomorrow or Wednesday, please let me know!

Christian the links courses are open and fine, just avoid anything inland. You could probably get a good deal at Deal in the Dormy House for a night or two. Sadly I start nights tonight so cannot join you.........I might be able to pop down Thursday at a stretch!

Prince's and RSG open too, although many bunkers are GUR at Prince's whilst being refurbished. The forecast is predicting heavy rain for thursday. Unfortunately I'm working too midweek or I could have hosted you.

It is short notice, but I haven't played for over a month, so the itch is getting worse every day.... and also the best things in life seem to happen short notice.

Saturday I won't be able to make unfortunately...but thanks very much for the invite. (Your IM link was not working, which is why I am answering by post, perhaps just my connection...)
