Anybody Hear From Chuck Brown?

I am a bit concerned about Chuck.  He hasn't rung the bell on this site in quite a while and I haven't noticed him (or at least who I think is Chuck) on Shack in a spell.  We were meant to meet up in Michigan, but he seems to have fallen off the planet.  Does anybody know if Chuck is okay?

i seem to recall a post from him in the last few weeks, perhaps on a thread about a legal question. . . .

Sorry, I just realized that his posts on that thread were from early last year, and that he had not recently posted on it.
