They play football in Scotland?  Who knew?  Are there any good teams ?

I thought the real metaphysical question would be this...

If there were any decent football teams in Scotland, would the Scots still love the game?

Brent,

Don't listen to Mr Pearce, just because the English once fixed it to win the World Cup, and they currently have one team that looks liking making it to the Champions League final (a team which incidentally is full of foreigners and managed by a Scot) he thinks he can look down on Scottish football. He knows fine well it was the Scots who taught them how to play the game in the first place  ;)

You know, as a Scot and a bit of a serious dick, I love these threads, but just what on earth have they to do with golf course design?
FBD.
PS Just ANOTHER pathetic attempt at an offffffffffffffff topic area plea. Yaaooow,
FBD.
Marty,
The topic was clear from the title, if you donīt like it donīt open it, just like I do with 90% of the topics. Hope you feel better now. And some people wonder why we contribute less and less, thats easy because, no matter what the topic..somebody is always liooking to start shit.

Randy,
looking to start shit? Please re-read my post. In it, I say I LOVE these threads. I'm just fed up seeing threads actually about architecture disappearing fast down the board. I have been pleading for an OT area for nearly a decade now. One day maybe...

cheers,
FBD.

Seeking Membership in a Fife Golf Club, be careful of that BLACK BALL - not as big as a football but can hurt far more ;)

Marty

Stop being bitchy you tart. Randy's post is about the heart of the game which governs GCA. You are a grumpy old man way before your years >:(
