For UK viewers with Sky Sports, there is a 2002 episode of Shell's Wonderful World of Golf with Fred Couples and Michael Campbell playing at Kauri Cliffs. On Sky Sports tonight at 9pm, repeated during the night and tomorrow.

You'll enjoy that.  It is a well done production.  In fact, all the Shell golf shows I've seen had great production values. 
My personal favorite golf film is the 1974 PGA.  It was actually done by NFL films as a one off.
