What does anyone know about Brookridge Golf and Fitness in Overland Park, KS?

It was on the first two Golf Digest lists.

Cheers!

The club website lists it as being built in 1960, and Golflink lists William Langford as the designer. Looking for more info currently.

Thanks, John.  I have to imagine someone out there on GCA has played it and knows about it.

Interestingly, it used to be 'Brookridge CC' and now it is 'Brookridge Golf and Fitness'.

Must be a story there somewhere....

Paul,

there is a local management group that has bought five or six Kansas courses (including Chisholm Trail) and combines golf and fitness in their business model of affordable golf clubs.  I don't know any more about them, but have heard of them.

Thanks, Jeff.

Is there no one from Kansas or KC that can answer this?

Thanks!

They're too busy picking their jaws off the floor after the local football club started 3-0! :)
