After seeing a picture in charlie georges Historic Images thread I was intrigued to see a picture titled 'La Moye'. After some quick Investigation (I googled it), I found out that it is a links situated in the channel islands. Has anyone either been there or played it? It looks a cool place.

I have been playing there since 1983 as a part of the European Tour and now the Senior Tour.
It is obviously a long-standing tour venue and a really good course. It is high up on the cliffs above the sea - a little like NSW GC in Sydney.
Royal Jersey was the home course of Harry Vardon and Ted Ray and is on the other side of the island. It,too is a really fun course.
The first hole there has a concrete German bunker from the second war on the right and an 18th century fort stretching down the left. They may be the two most unusual driving hazards in the game - and they are on the same hole.
Flights are cheap from London and so are rent-a cars - so it is worth a side trip for anyone playing in Britain.
