Eminently doable if you schedule Pacific and Old Mac as the first and last round of the day (by far the most crowded). I've played Bandon Trails in 2 1/2 hours in June. You should easily do Bandon and Trails in 3 hours. You should be able to do Pacific in 3 hours if you are the first group out and you should have 4 to 5 hours of sunlight for Old Mac to finish (including about 30 min for lunch and 45 min for transportation between).

Order of play: PAcific, Bandon, Old Mac, Trails.  I think he was wrong to put Trails last.  It is the toughest walk of the first three IMO.  That climb up 16 will be a bear as the 70th hole of the day.

Bandon Dunes was closed because of maintenance until their 9:50 time, so the first two courses had no one in front of them. Wind estimate may be high, forecast for the next hour is about 10-15 and dropping. Leg muscles may lock up getting off the shuttle at 15 T. Good luck and utilize the resort masseuses and jacuzzi.

Done at 8:52 local time or thereabouts. Maybe 20 minutes of light to spare. I met Alan and a friend of his (probably KP) a couple of years ago over dinner at Ballyneal. They had flown that morning from SF, driven to and played Ballyneal and were asking driving routes and times to Sand Hills and Dismal River. Last I saw they were headed to the parking lot. This may have seen ambitious to some, but they're used to it.

There's a yearly 100 hole tournament at Hamburg's Falkenstein, one of the best courses in Germany (Harry Colt). I haven't played in this event, but know some who have and they all wholeheartedly recommend it. The course is obviously reserved for the tournament and there is always a large crowd in the evening to welcome those, who actually made it. They are in their 45th year or so, so this one of the oldest tournaments anyone can play (well, handicap 12 or so needed).

It takes place on the longest day of the year (June). You start at 4:20 AM and play the first three rounds continously. At about 11:00 AM there is a short break and then you head off for rounds 4 and 5. That is the point where most participants lose track of the time and things get ugly. Most will return to the clubhouse at some point and a few will go out yet again and complete the 100 holes at around 9-10 PM. It'll cost you something like 10$ per round - you'll never play one of the world's top courses cheaper than that.

At Ballyneal this month, the caddies told us of a pair of caddies who set out to complete 100 holes in a day, and succeeded, though it was by no means easy. They started at about 5:30ish in the morning, and finished after 8pm.  Funny part is that they claimed the toughest part of the journey was the walk from 18 to the clubhouse each time...

I love golf, but I just don't think I could do it. I'm very impressed!
