Orange County, CA public golf

Any Irvine, CA-convenient public courses you guys can recommend? I'll be out for a wedding in a couple weeks.
The groom gets to treat a group at Tustin Ranch, so we may get the chance to see if fountains are indeed 90% air.
In all seriousness, can anyone recommend a course for Sat.
play? Something by Billy Bell might be nice (San Clemente GC ???) Thanks

That's supposed to be a couple question marks after San Clemente.

Its not in Irvine, but the Eagles Glen course in Riverside is worth checking out.  It is another Todd Eckenrode/Gary Roger Baird course and has some really interesting holes, some very nice bunker work on a very difficult site.

If you must play in Orange county, Strawberry Farms seems to be the best.
