What a day. Saving the best for last.

Hole 2 is one of the best designed dog legs I've played.

From the tee the bunkers are 240

Flag is in the center of the photo

Right side of the fairway is not the place to be

Is this the Ross that has recently been renovated?

More pics, please.  Preferably including Bogey.
I get it, you are mad at the world because you are an adult caddie and few people take you seriously.

Excellent spellers usually lack any vision or common sense.

I know plenty of courses that are in the red, and they are killing it.

Yes.  Bill Bergin did a renovation a few years ago and it seems to have been well received as his name is listed on the scorecard beside Donald Ross.

Excellent course with some really fun holes in a beautiful setting.

Bogey was a blast as expected and everyone was impressed with his new tatoo.

Bergin did a similarly nice job at Sky Valley (Ga) near Highlands (NC).

Bill Bergin is a good friend, and I had the opportunity to play Chattanooga with him back in November.  He did a great job there, as he has with all of his courses both new and renovated, and it was a tremendous learning experience to play the course with him.  The folks at Chattanooga CC are very happy with the work; an earlier post mentioned the fact that they list Bill's name along with Ross on the scorecard.

To hear a GCA explain why this or that was done, or how it had been changed over the years, or why something else couldn't be done, is just fascinating.  This was especially so on a Ross design that had been changed a lot over the years for the worse.

I had my doubts that this was actually Mike Hendren pictured in this thread until I saw this photo.... which confirmed that the hoax is on.

There's no way Mike even considers another club other than the putter as an option to play that ball.   ;D

Tim, as you see I always take along a pitching club just to give the impression that I'm weighing options.  BTW, I look forward to meeting this Anthony Gray fellow one day.

I just want to know where the tattoo went.

Its on his other leg. The tatoo on his lower back just above his belt is one of the best I've seen.

This par 5 is fronted by a bunker and all the balls flow to the center of the green.

The 17th is one of my favorites on the course.Uphill par 4 with an elevated green.Has a CBM feel.

The tee ball needs to hug the trees for the left to right player

  From the right side

  From the left

  Back toward the tee

  Elevated green

  Easy to miss long
