No, I don't believe it is.
Yes, there is a lot of - too much, really - rubbish left for the missed drive, but it takes a pretty rank shot to find it, unless you don't know where to aim.
The second is going to be long, unless still or downwind, which is about 5% of the time, played off an undulating lie, from where it is easy to put in the bunkers right. If you have bailed right from the tee, you have to hit it over the bunkered hill, most probably from a downhill lie.
There is no awaiting disaster for a miss.
Twenty yards right of the green - pretty easy to do for most players with a wood or hybrid second, and the prevailing wind into and from the left.
That nice little ridge back right makes for tricky recovery shots to rear pins, and there's the false front, too.
