Brad, I was leafing through "Discovering Donald Ross" this afternoon in anticipation of the Mucci event and was surprised by the omission of Plainfield.  Will it be included in the second edition?

That's part of the plan. I left a lot out for all sorts of reasons, sometimes because I did not have good photography, or simply because there's just a finite amount I could cover. In retrospect some omissions are glaring, such as Plainfield.

 The big decision has been made. The Eagles game will be on at The Ringside Pub in Caldwell at 4 unless some local makes a better suggestion.

The Mountain Ridge logoed golf shirts will be given to attendees when they check in.

The USGA logoed shirts won't be available for some time due to the need for the USGA to approve the logo, get the logo to the shirt company, and then have them made and delivered.   Then, we'd have to mail a shirt to every attendee and that would be a big project, hence, I made the decision to give each attendee a nice golf shirt with the Mountain Ridge logo.

It was nice to see many people I've not had the pleasure of meeting and catch up with a couple of good friends that I haven’t seen in a while (although I think I scared Woody).

Great get together!  The Members at Mountain Ridge should be very proud of their facility and the Staff should be commended for a beautiful event.  Steve runs a great show in the house and Cliff does a wonderful job on the course.  Most of all the Membership should be overjoyed to have you in their ranks.

I think the club and the entire staff at Mountain Ridge did a great job, everything seemed to fall into place nicely, and I don't think that was an accident.

The clubhouse and golf staff appreciated being a part of the event and I think that was reflected in the attitude and service they provided, it was exceptional.

If only Mother Nature had co-operated it would have been a perfect day.
