Olympia Fields, 2015 US Amateur and LENGTH?

Any truth to the rumors that in order for Olympia Fields to get awarded the 2015 US Amateur that the USGA is requiring them to add 300+ yards to the North golf course - including a 10th tee near the parking lot?

I thought you Olympia Fields people would know.

Well that would be very cool if the USGA ends up awarding the Am at OFCC. I can't understand why the USGA would insist on adding 300 yards to the North Course in anticipation of an event that is primarily match play? Why would it matter?
