Brent, it's not the actual color styles of the shoes as much as the overall construction.  I hear great things about their comfort, but most every pair of Eccos I've seen, golf or otherwise, look like they are one velcro strap away from being something that the old folks at a retirement home would wear.  They look OK on a screen, but not when I see them in person.

The white and black saddle is the best-looking of the lot you posted.  But like I said, it's not the color patterns.  I haven't shopped for golf shoes in awhile (last few years I've been lucky to play 15-20 rounds a year, my golf shoes last awhile), will go into a store and take a look at a few...

How well do the Freddie shoes hold up in the wet?  Any sliding/slipping?

I have a buddy who is an Ecco rep, and he said they are ok in the wet, but not great.
