Dave,
We'll make HMB our first stop next trip.

Tom MacWood,
You screwed up. Barnyf is one of the all time best golfing companions - and he can play. (OBSERVATION DELETED ;D) I have seen in a long long time. A bit of levity is sometimes good.

Huckster,
Horrific for sure, but had that dog killed you or me (white male), you would have NEVER heard about it in the national media. Ever. I'd bet it would not have made the front page of the Chronicle. The fact that the victim was a lesbian is the sole reason the loonies in the local media had a field day with it.

I'll take your word for it. I appreciate you looking out for my golfing enjoyment - everyone who has played golf with me knows how very seriously I take myself and my game.

Tom,

Under the circumstances I don't blame you for not wanting to play with me....I played with myself this morning and didn't find it enjoyable in the least.

GIB, GIb, Gib,

Its one thing to say outloud that I can putt...but to put it in writing...the jinx is in and locked.

Barny,
As you will be playing for the North, I have deleted the above observation pertaining to your ability to roll the rock :)

I'm sorry to hear that. You might want to find something other than Fazio's 'Golf Course Designs'.

The most recent Hills course I played was the Dunes at Seville which is very near World Woods. This is a very playable course, not overly taxing from the tees, good second shots needed and the greens have some movement to them. I played with a group of varying handicaps (6 to 25) and, to a man, they all enjoyed the layout.
