Interesting, especially given the fact the BDR was developed long before the real estate market crash & burn.  The community was pretty much fully developed if I remember correctly.  Looks like this is simply a "developer is retiring, and looking to sell for a return on his investment" and not a "sign of the times foreclosure or sim."...
