Charlie, Atmosphere will accentuate the experience. Good or bad. The dress may accentuate her beauty, but that doesn't make her a lady.

In the case of Crystal Downs, the golf course didn't start out as a Mackenzie/Maxwell. Yet, the founders of the community/retreat apparently understood the importance of nature's role.

At a much more laid back level, Dormie Club, with 'Miss Dormie' (a cat btw) and when the mood strikes as the unofficial greeter, is an ultra ultra low key place.  I wonder how many more years Miss Dormie can keep this up as my 1 round there in 2012, the feline had a number of years behind it.  They encourage walking but will let your ride, but again very low key.  It's all about the golf, but very quietly so.
