For those of you not following the North Shore thread, you should know that the Weekend Section of the Saturday WSJ has a feature article about GCA, George Bahto, Steve Shaffer and North Shore CC.

No mention of Ran or the beloved Emperor, but excellent publicity, nonetheless.

Really good article.  Props to George Bahto and Steve Shaffer!  I had no idea when Steve and I played Dove Mountain in Tucson in late January that I was playing with a "web sleuth" who helped solve the mystery of the designer of North Shore.

As always I am amazed by the collective power and influence of GolfClubAtlas.com.
