Seriously, these are wonderful shots of a great course truly "at rest". I can't imagine that snow cover has happened more than a handful of times.

A snowy walk on the links is good for the soul. Thanks for sharing!

Augusta's a cold place in the winter with  frosts common late october-March-
and summers are brutal
growing up we got some sort've snow event every year,typically melting quickly in a day or two as the ground usually wasn't frozen.
1973 we got an 18 inch event which shut down the city for 3 days

Don't worry about that place and that weather. Under those greens they have everything you can think of-----subair systems and all kinds of other stuff. See that shot of the 12th green? I was under that green about 3 years ago and anyone could happily liive under there. They have a fullblown kitchen and bedrooms and rec-rooms with pool tables and such and pretty much everything anyone would want or need under that 12th green.
