Any idea if that 18 hole course at North Jersey ever opened?

The club's website seems to indicate that they didn't have 18 holes until the Travis design that opened in 1923.

I'm thinking their webpage is incorrect.  The Club goes back to the 1890's, I think.

I've not been to White Bear Yacht Club but I'm curious how close to today's course is that 1915 drawing?   

Did it change significantly after that?   Thanks for any information!
