There's a plan of this course back at reply #1205. Here's another that shows a few different hole configurations and identifies Alex Bell as the designer.

There are a couple Swananoa plans posted here, but here's the one from a newspaper, the  Asheville Daily Gazette, Asheville, North Carolina, Sun Apr 16 1899.

A 1920 Olmsted plan for the NLE Aviation CC (aka Lochhaven CC and Green Lake CC).

Although the map doesn't contain a drawing of the course, it does contain notations for the locations of greens (marked with a circled G), tees (circled T's) and fairways (circled F's).

A 1917 Olmsted Plan of Sleepy Hollow.

The map was seemingly prepared in connection with plans for the residential development of the course, with a number of proposed alterations to the routing noted on the map.  One item of note is that in 1917 someone was contemplating the expansion of the course eastward after the Redan, a move that would be carried out a good bit later.
