It seems a little overused though, doesn't it?

Not really; it is actually only 3 or 4 holes.  There are several pictures of some of the greens, especially #4.

Conceded.  3, 4, 16, 17, and 18.  But it's the coast, so I've never seen it as overused.  It looks like the beach...
