If only given the chance to play one or the other I'd take Riviera, but if given 10 rounds Sherwood would probably get 4. My favorite course on that trip was the Valley Club of Montecito

Thanks for the comments--I played with your Director of Golf and I was pretty sure he said something similar regarding walking, but I wasn't confident enough in my memory of the conversation to post it.
