What about riding around on your club like it's a pony or swearing a blue streak and getting into a hockey fight with any of your partners/opponents?   ::)

Whether a "Happy Gilmore" type swing is legal within the Rule of Golf has virtually nothing to do with whether a swing like that in some instance constitutes legal liability for a golfer or even a golf club.
