I have not played Forsgate so I can't say. I have played Piping Rock and I'd rank it near the bottom because it is the most distinctly uphill Redan I've played. The target is also rather small for a longish iron shot.
Also, like most Redans, there is no flat putting like surface long and left of the green. In fact, it's incredibly steep with thick rough on the bank (I was there). It's certainly a fair hole, my partner hit a draw right of the flag and it came in nicely to 15 ft.
I can see how people like the hole, I just have played others I prefer.
