Hazeltine hosted the PGA and wasn't it worked on by Rees Jones?  If I am remembering correctly, could that be the reason?

Ron,  I have not seen the list but OFCC North and Milwaukee have always been in the #40-60 range. Very solid top 100's but probably not in the very high echelon. As far as Ocean Forest this course should be in the 80-100 range in my veiw-but then again I'm not a rater and as always what appeals to me may not appeal to someone else. Kind of illlustrates why players should not get caught up in the ratings game-is there a golfer amongst us who would n't play any of these wonderful courses?
