O/T: Number of Posts
« on: November 08, 2009, 05:54:43 PM »

Has there been a breakdown in the odometer readings of the number of posts made by GCA Members?

I seem to be in a Groundhog Day moment. For the first time in many months I looked to the left of the screen and saw 4885 posts, the number hasn't changed for months. Has anyone else noticed this?

I see you at 4856, so you are going backward, like the clock in Ferris Bueller!  I actually am advancing, as I crossed the 1000 post threshold recently.  I think that it goes on the fritz every now and again.  I'll keep checking.

I think they periodically "clean out" old, old threads. Probably some of your messages from a few years back got deleted in a clean-out.

I will be in Southeast England June 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19. Looking for a friendly game at an interesting course anywhere within a couple hours of Gatwick!
