Would a hole in one at a range count for Huckaby?

In a little over 2 weeks a new range is having its grand opening on the north side of town - near Champions.
It is currently open off the mats - a very nice continuous mat btw.

The short game area is great, as is the option to hit balls in a realistic golf setting.
I'll post some pics this week.

I thought a $$ Million bucks was worth talking about.

Thinking of Bob, Rihc, Bill, George, Neil, Dr. Childs, & Tiger.

Mike, I sent this on to son David.  As you witnessed, he's pretty accurate with his 6-iron!  ;D

I'll send it around Mike.  I've driven by the facility a few times, but haven't stopped yet.  It looks fantastic!

Road by Saturday Mike and it looked great. However the near death experience of playing in Houston that August day kept me within the secure airconditioned environment of the car.

I have three legit holes-in-one, but I also had a hole-in-one at the range when I last played Pine Valley. I may have to fly to Houston for the fun of it.

At what distance will the hole in one contest be set at? Can participants buy a bucket o' balls and hone in on the distance before they start using money balls?

I can think of a lot of ways to make the odds worth a day trip, if there wasn't too many people taking up time and tee space.

Hmmmm......

After trying to find some info on the range website, I have a feeling there will be a qualifying round, then one person will get a one shot deal....there's not much detail about it on their website so I bet it's not as cut and dried as $1 per ball, enter as many times as you wish.

I wouldn't be surprised at $1 a ball if it isn't 175 yards or something like that to make it a lot more difficult!!

Thanks Bill,

I love you too - a-hole!!!  >:(  >:(   ;)

From that range with the state of my current game, I'm usually just trying to put it anywhere on the green, much less in the hole or in birdie range.

 8) probably be worth it to take a few dollars and get a lesson from Matt Swanson, or one of his instructrors..

p.s.   Joe, golf is great in september in Houston..

Joe I don't know all the rules.
But I love your warm up thinking as the hole in one can be any of 7 of the target greens (there are 3 chipping greens).
There is one that is 130 yards out.

I can't believe you guys didn't say hi - I was surely there....

The short game area is cool too.

So who won the million bucks?
I did see McBride Jr. giving it a try.
Here are the yardages in case you stop by.
I'm working on a cool little yardage buddy for Matt.

Never tried to post flash before...
Looks not like I was expecting...
Has anyone seen the help button in the new GCA?
