It's great of you to take time out for a tour of the Lakes Mike, really appreciated.

To all, maybe we should organise a game while everyone is here in Sydney. Thoughts?

It looks as though Terry and I will have a game, anyone is welcome, details to be worked out later.

Thanks very much for your replies!

Kevin:
I don't have golf plans for Sydney (just watching the pros) although Mike's offer sounds fabolous. In Melbourne I'd like to see Royal Melbourne West, and either Woodlands or St Andrews Beach. In Tasmania, I'm looking forward to a (hopefully) 54-hole day of golf at Barnbougle and to sneak on the Lost Farm before the sunset ;D.

Andy:
I'm actually 16 years old ( :o nobody was supposed to know  :o  ;)) and I'm staying in Brisbane right now.

Emil, if you are based in brisbane and you fancy coming and having a look at a course being built let me know. i am the super at sanctuary cove and we are currently doing a full re-build of our Palms course with Ross Watson. we are about 10 holes into it at the moment so we have holes at all different stages of construction.

Yes - would be great to catch-up. Hopefully I can get our friend Mr Summerall out to the event as well  ;)

Only if you start spelling my name correctly.  ;)

...but I did get stay in Carl Cox' house, & I bet you still don't know who that is ?

I'm not sure if I'll get to the Aus Open, but I definitely want to be there for the Lakes walk with MC.

Ahhhh Australia!!!

Way back ,when I was 22, I spent 5 months in Australia.  Can't help w/ golf since I didn't play any rounds (wasn't a total golf freak at that point in my life).  Emil, all I can say is you'll have a wonderful time.  Australians are maybe the nicest, most laid back people I've ever met.  Awesome food, awesome beer (Victoria Bitter my personal favorite), great weather and beautiful surroundings.

I've got to get back at some point and see the golf courses this time.

I'll hazard a guess he isn't related to Dean Cox by any chance ?  ;)
