Dear Friends and GCAers,

We are all looking forward to another great PGA Championship at Hazeltine this year.  Hazeltine really is a remarkable place - a real player's club, and I think you will all particularly enjoy the article on page 12 about the evolution of this gem.

Follow the links below to access digital edition.

Kind regards to all,

Abe Summers, PGA Magazine, on behalf of
Richard K. Summers, Publisher, PGA Magazine

congratulations on years and years of great magazines.  Keep up the great work, everyone loves reading the majors of golf.  It's iconic, and a great contribution to the game.

Thank you for that comment, Jay, it is really appreciated.  There are a select few who have been involved in the effort since the very beginning.  Rick Summers founded the Major Series (as it was known in the beginning) in the late 80s/early 90s and has been the publisher ever since.  Ken Bowden and his wife Jean have done remarkable work on the editorial side and Peter Sansone has matched that on the design side.  And we should not forget the many remarkable writers have also helped make this a great series.   There are doubtless a few more folks who I am leaving out too.

Thanks again, Jay.
