Hi All,

I recall that there is a competition or weekend event at the Old Course where golfers get to play it forwards and backwards. Does anybody have any details on this? I have searched the internet but i can't find anything.

any help would be appreciated.

As I understand it, the Old Course in Reverse is always held in early April each year, so that is this years, I guess next years will go on the site in due course.

Mark, a group of us did this in 2007 and had a great time.  It's highly recommended and also good value for money.

You might want to look at Jeremy Glenn's "In My Opinion" piece here on the website about his ideas for the reverse routing, very interesting.

April Fools weekend

The first time I ever played the old course was backwards
The second time felt almost the same

Loved the greens and fairways either way
