As I understand it, the Oakland Hills monster is anything but charitable when you play it!

I would be interested, but wonder how I would be recieved if I showed up and played in my Dallas Stars jersey?

Jeff

I suspect that once they stopped laughing uncontrollably at your choice of hockey teams they would remind you that collared shirts were required.

Seriously, hats off to the Wings. The Stars do a similar charity event, but do it at Stonebridge Ranch, which was briefly called Dallas Stars CC through a marketing affiliation.  They should move it to Colonial, Dallas National, or Vaquero if they would let them to increase interest.

seems like a few of the team might very well feel the need to buy lots of tickets to any police raffles, parties, etc Pat ;)

Im sure I've clearly overlooked it on all the links, but did anyone see exactly how much cheddar one would have to donate to play a round?

Ouch $8,000 for a foursome.  I wonder how fast the tournament will fill up.  I remember playing at Oakmont at a charity event 2 years ago that was advertised on this site for $500 a player.
