I don't remember seeing any of the template Par 3s watching the Hawaiian Open??

If not, were there templates at one time that have been changed?

If not, when did Raynor stop using templates after he left Macdonald?  Carmargo was built in 1925 just two years before Waialae and has templates?

Chip, I believe 17 for the tourny (8 in the routing?) was designed as a Redan.

Raynor died in 1926.  Would Waialae have changed his design after that?

Yale was finished after Seth died, too, and it has plenty of templates.  So I doubt he ever stopped making templates.
